Data fields
Records may include company name, domain, industry/category, city/country, public-source URL, source/verification timestamps, contact type and corporate email address. The user interface receives a masked address rather than the raw database.
Source and verification
A contact enabled for user sending must have traceable public corporate provenance and current verification. Removed, stale, bounced, objected-to or failed records may be suppressed.
R43 enables only generic/role-based corporate mailboxes for directory sending. Named-person corporate addresses are not offered without a separate lawful-basis, notice and rights assessment.
Purpose
The directory is a technical recipient directory for a user's own CV/professional message to companies the user selects. Zeravo does not recruit for employers or decide which employer is suitable from the user's CV.
No sales-mailing database
The directory is not supplied for bulk commercial advertising. Terms permit genuine own-candidacy/relevant professional communication. Recipient objections or stop requests can suppress the address and stop follow-ups.
Masking and database protection
Users cannot export the raw contact pool. UI/API responses expose only the necessary masked view; real addresses remain server-side for delivery. Rate limits, pagination and abuse controls may be used to prevent bulk extraction.
Correction, objection and removal
If a record concerns you or your organisation and is inaccurate, stale or should not be used, use Contact record removal. The address may be suppressed while the request is verified. Contact: [email protected].
