You must have the legal capacity required to enter into the contract in your own name. Where applicable law limits that capacity, any required parent or legal-representative authorisation must be obtained.
What Zeravo does — and does not do
Zeravo is software for preparing/uploading a CV, viewing a company directory under filters chosen by the user, selecting company recipients, scheduling/sending the user's own professional email and managing replies/history.
- Zeravo does not discover and allocate open vacancies to users or match a CV to open jobs.
- Zeravo does not accept employer requests to find, rank or supply candidates.
- Zeravo does not use CV attributes to decide that an employer is suitable for a user.
- A directory record is not a statement that the company has an open vacancy or will hire the user.
- The exact company list is shown to the user and must be selected/confirmed before the workflow starts.
Directory and recipient selection
You narrow the directory through neutral fields such as category/industry and location, then select companies individually or in bulk and can remove any company before confirming the list. Zeravo does not silently add substitute companies after confirmation.
Raw contact addresses may be masked in the interface. The underlying contact database, discovery methods, verification details and internal records are not an export product and may not be scraped or copied.
R43 user sending is limited to verified generic corporate/role mailboxes with source provenance. Named-person corporate addresses are not offered for automatic directory sending without separate legal review.
Your sending instruction
You choose the recipients, CV, template/message, sender, timing and follow-up count. Zeravo records the confirmed recipient-list snapshot and executes only that instruction. A role/title field may personalise your own message but is not used to choose employers or produce an employment-suitability score.
Use the service only for truthful, relevant communication about your own candidacy or professional contact. Do not use it for commercial sales spam, harassment, impersonation, fake documents, unlawful content or repeated communication after the recipient asks you to stop.
Plans and sending capacity
Plan limits are email-sending capacity, not a promise to find work or place a user in employment. Current prices, monthly capacity and renewal terms are displayed before checkout.
Delivery and replies are not guaranteed because recipient mail servers, filtering, provider limits and third-party outages are outside Zeravo's full control.
Some job/internship application email may participate in a gradual open-signal rollout. An open signal is not proof of a human read and can be produced by mail proxies or security systems. Links in application email are not modified for click tracking.
CV and sensitive data
You retain rights in your CV and messages and grant Zeravo only the limited permission needed to store, check and deliver them under your instructions. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as national identifiers, health/disability, religion/belief, biometric/genetic or criminal-record details.
Subscriptions and consumer rights
Before Stripe checkout, Zeravo displays the selected plan, sending capacity, monthly price, automatic renewal, cancellation route, provider identity and legal documents. Renewal is separately accepted and the request to begin service during any applicable withdrawal period is separately recorded.
When Stripe creates the subscription, Zeravo sends the registered email address a transaction confirmation containing the plan, price and renewal information, account-management route and links to the applicable legal documents.
Starting the service early does not remove mandatory withdrawal/refund rights beyond what applicable law permits. See Cancellations and refunds and Withdrawal notice.
Marketing and communications
Service/security/billing messages are separate from marketing. Zeravo promotional email requires the user's separate marketing preference where applicable. Legacy external-list acquisition sending is disabled in R43.
Prohibited use and database protection
- scraping, exporting, reconstructing or reselling the raw company/contact database;
- automating the UI/API outside documented product limits;
- sending to private/personal addresses without a lawful basis or using Zeravo as a sales-mailing tool;
- security abuse, credential sharing or unauthorised access;
- false identity, fake CVs or discriminatory, threatening, deceptive or unlawful content.
No employment outcome guarantee
Zeravo does not guarantee replies, interviews, offers or employment. Employers make their own decisions independently of Zeravo.
Suspension, changes and contact
Accounts may be restricted for serious/repeated misuse, security risk, non-payment or legal requirements. Material changes to the service or legal terms should be communicated as required by applicable law.
