Service and acceptance
By creating an account or using Zeravo, you accept these terms and the privacy notice. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organisation, you must have authority to do so.
What Zeravo provides
Zeravo provides a browser-based workspace for CV preparation, target selection, corporate contact matching, application email scheduling, history and subscription management. It is not an employer, recruitment agency or job guarantee.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and notify Zeravo of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law provides otherwise.
Email and application responsibility
You choose the target, CV, template and timing. Messages must be truthful, relevant and lawful. Do not use Zeravo for spam, harassment, impersonation, misleading claims, scraped private addresses or repeated contact after an opt-out.
Public corporate contacts
The company pool is built from verifiable public corporate sources and user-added contacts. A source may change or become unavailable. Zeravo may suppress addresses after bounces, complaints or source review.
Plans and subscriptions
The first Premium or Premium Plus subscription includes one three-day trial per account. Stripe verifies the payment method without charging on the first day. A reminder is sent one day before the trial ends. Cancelling before the three days expire prevents the first charge; otherwise the selected monthly plan is charged when the trial ends.
Plan limits and current prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew according to the checkout information unless cancelled. The billing portal is available from account settings.
Prohibited use
- unauthorised access, security testing or disruption;
- fake accounts, identity misuse or unlawful content;
- reselling access or extracting the company contact pool;
- automated abuse outside product limits;
- sending discriminatory, threatening or deceptive applications.
Suspension and termination
Zeravo may restrict or close accounts for serious or repeated violations, security risk, non-payment or legal requirements. Where appropriate, the user will be informed and given a reasonable route to contact support.
Availability and outcomes
Zeravo works to maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted delivery, a reply, interview or employment. Employer decisions, spam filters, third-party outages and user-provided content are outside Zeravo's full control.
Intellectual property and changes
Zeravo software, brand and original design belong to the provider or licensors. You retain rights in your CV and messages while granting the limited permission needed to store and deliver them. Terms may be updated when the service or law changes.
