Send the request

Email [email protected] with company name, domain, the relevant contact record and the requested action. Do not send unnecessary personal data or identity documents.

Examples

• correct an inaccurate company/domain/email;
• remove a source that is no longer public/current;
• suppress a named-person address from directory sending;
• record an objection/stop request;
• separate a contact linked to the wrong company.

While reviewed

A risky address may be temporarily suppressed from user selection. After a validated removal/objection, the minimum suppression data needed to avoid accidental re-import may be retained where lawful.

Response

Applicable data-protection or other statutory response periods are followed for the real operator and jurisdiction. We use the request channel to confirm the outcome or ask for necessary clarification.
