CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Keep control of the subscription.

Last updated31 July 2026

This page explains cancellation, renewal, incorrect charges and refund reviews. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

01

Cancelling a subscription

Open Settings → Plan and billing to cancel a trial or manage the subscription. Scheduling cancellation before the first three-day trial ends prevents the first charge and keeps access open only until the end of day three. After a paid period begins, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents the next renewal.

02

Withdrawal rights

Depending on applicable consumer law, a withdrawal right may exist for distance services. Starting a digital service before the withdrawal period ends after an explicit request may affect that right. Each request is assessed under mandatory law.

03

Cases that require review

  • duplicate charges for the same period;
  • a paid plan not becoming available within a reasonable time;
  • an incorrect plan or amount;
  • a verified unauthorised payment;
  • a defective service or a mandatory statutory right.
04

What does not automatically create a refund

No employer reply, no interview, a spam filter, user-provided CV or message errors, used monthly quota, or cancellation of a future renewal does not by itself create a refund for the past period.

05

How to request a review

Email [email protected] from the registered account address with the plan, charge date and Stripe receipt reference. Never send a full card number or security code.
