Useful details

• the Zeravo account email;
• approximate time and page where the issue occurred;
• workflow or Stripe reference when available;
• exact error text;
• browser/device information;
• a screenshot without unnecessary personal data.

Company-contact correction/removal

If a directory record concerns you or your organisation and is incorrect, outdated or should not be used, use Contact record removal. Zeravo can suppress an address while the request is reviewed.

Account deletion and privacy

Account deletion is available in Settings. Other data-protection requests can be sent from the registered account email. Identity verification may be requested only to the extent reasonably needed.

Security

Report suspected unauthorised access with Security in the subject. Do not access other users' data or disrupt the service while reporting an issue.
