WITHDRAWAL NOTICE

A clear statement should be enough.

Last updated9 August 2026

This page provides a model notice for a consumer who wants to exercise a statutory withdrawal right for a distance subscription/service contract. Mandatory rights depend on the applicable law and facts.

01

How to send it

Send a clear withdrawal statement within the applicable period to [email protected]. You do not have to use this exact model if another statement clearly communicates your decision to withdraw.

02

Model text

Subject: Withdrawal notice — Zeravo

“I clearly notify you that I wish to withdraw from my Zeravo distance subscription/service contract. Account email: […]. Plan: […]. Contract/checkout date: […]. Stripe reference (if any): […]. Name: […]. Notice date: […].”

03

Service started early

You may have separately asked Zeravo to begin before an applicable withdrawal period expired. Where the governing law permits, that request may affect a proportionate amount payable for service already supplied. An ongoing service is not treated as automatically extinguishing mandatory withdrawal rights merely because access started.

04

Outcome

Zeravo reviews the account/payment record and applicable law. Where a refund is legally due, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Receipt and outcome are confirmed to the account email.
